VOYC are pleased to announce it has a further offer for MHFA training in March, with all non member places now £175 per person as well as member places FREE (*£100 refundable deposit required.)

Delivered by VOYC Devon - Youth Mental Health First Aid is a 2 day course:-

When:  9.30am - 5.30pm, Monday 11th and Wednesday 13th March 2024

Venue: Tiverton Youth Centre Hut, Bolham Road, Tiverton, EX16 6SG

Cost:  VOYC Members FREE (£100 refundable deposit required), Non-members £175 PP

MHFA Training is an internationally recognised training course designed to teach people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis.

By attending this course you will gain:-

• An in depth understanding of young people’s mental health;
• Practical skills to spot the triggers of mental health issues;
• Confidence to support a young person in distress;
• Enhanced interpersonal skills;
• Ability to support a young person with a long term mental health issue;
• Tools to look after your own mental wellbeing.
